I AM is a national grass-roots initiative to raise awareness and action about getting tested for HIV to know your status and take steps to stay healthy.

Get free HIV self-testing kits, health advice and services to support you -- when, where and how that work best for you.

Knowing your HIV status puts you in control of your health. Once you test, you choose the support and care options that are best for you. You can do the self-test when and where works best for you - at home, in private, or with someone who can offer you support.

I AM is informed–developed in collaboration with community groups, mentors, leaders, advocates and healthcare professionals–many who live with HIV and are thriving. These are the remarkable people who want to help others find their own path, managing their health and wellness, providing practical ways to help get them there.
