This report outlines the current state of harm reduction funding in low-, mid-, and high- income countries.

Findings/Key points

Findings illustrate that harm reduction funding is extremely lacking in low and middle-income countries, especially community led-responses and meaningful involvement of people who use drugs. The report includes a number of recommendations for harm reduction donors and governments.
