Objective

We assessed the adoption of increased take-home medication during COVID-19 and whether increased take-home doses is associated with clients' characteristics.

Findings/Key points

Take-home medication dosing expansion as a result of COVID-19 exemption was quickly adopted and take-home dosing was broadly expanded among clients.
