Our Lives, Our Care: The Report & Recommendations of the Re-Queering Harm Reduction Project

Our Lives, Our Care presents an account of how queer and trans people who use drugs or do sex work (QT-PWUD/SW) adapt to hostile structural conditions through the use of psychosomatic, economic, and social narco-prosthetics; and how they adapt to the unintended surplus effects of narco-prosthetics through embedded harm reduction practices. Our Lives, Our Care presents participants' visions of an infrastructure of care that cultivates psychosomatic resilience, economic power, and social solidarity for all.
